Oregon City Mountain View Public Works Complex

Oregon City, OR

Created to meet Oregon City’s current and growing needs, improve site appearance for adjacent residential neighbors, blend new yard elements into the neighborhood environment, create a healthy work and neighborhood environment and balance the cost of development.

Working with the Oregon City Public Works Department, MWA developed a 20-year Master Plan for their campus. The plan was adopted by the Oregon City Planning Commission in 2005 and includes sustainable features such as green roofs and permeable paving. The first phase is complete and incorporates a pump station and generator facility and art integrated in site fencing and walls. The phasing for this project was driven by the need to remain on site throughout construction.
