144 units will be for sale. All will reflect the local architectural vernacular and will replace existing multifamily buildings that were vacated after Hurricane Katrina. The Off-Site project in the Tulane/Gravier neighborhood will be composed of more than 100 new homes on scattered sites in the heart of the city.
