MWA aimed to create an architecturally vibrant community of private & public housing in its design of 307 rental units during Phases II & III of the redevelopment. Using a variety of architectural styles, our design response was to create public housing that “raises the bar” for private development by blurring the line between public and private housing. A variety of unit types and sizes from one to six bedrooms, townhomes and flats accommodate a diverse resident population in an efficient and cost effective manner.
